You will be working as a customer account specialist. What does it actually mean?
You will be responsible for communication with diverse customers from French-speaking countries about their international payments and accounts. If there is a problem with paid or unpaid bills and invoices, you will contact the clients and help them resolve the situation. Believe us, there is plenty to do in an international company.

Requirements
So, who are we looking for?
- Secondary leaving examination with experience or Economic education
- Good communication skills
- Upper intermediate level of FRENCH (B2) and ENGLISH (B2) language, because you will communicate with clients on daily basis
- Customer oriented person
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
