If you are dynamic and communicative person, come join our customer care team in an international company where you will have the opportunity to use your ENGLISH and RUSSIAN on a daily basis!

Your daily activities will include:

- Daily communication with customers in ENGLISH and RUSSIAN language
- Providing complex care to the company´s clients
- Client support via email or phone
- Managing and entering customer´s data in internal databases

Requirements

If you fulfil the following requirements, do not hesitate to send us your CV in English or Slovak language:

- Valid WORKPERMIT
- You have a communicative level of English (level B2) and advanced level of Russian (level C1)
- You have successfully completed your secondary school and/or university
- Any relevant working experience in the field of customer service is a huge PLUS
- You have a dynamic and people-oriented personality
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office
