Purchaser for new growing production comapany

Responsibilities:

- Responsibility for sourcing new potencial suppliers of indirect material (such as spare parts, services, machines, parts of machines, chemicals, office supplies etc.)
- Responsibility for negotiation with suppliers - about prices, delivery terms, technical details etc.)
- Ensuring suppliers with necessary ISO certification
- Processing PO´s (Purchase orders) on the bases of plant´s needs (individual departmetns create Purchase requests)
- Monitoring stock level
- Invoice checking
- Complants handling
- Reporting

Requirements:

- University education (technical or economical is advantage)
- 1-2 years of professional experience with purchasing
- Experience at production company - advantage
- English OR German - fluent in spoken and written
- MS Excel - intermediate
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- Analytical, structured and result-oriented thinking and acting
