We are looking for a new fellow who will support the HR SSC processes with her/his Excel expertise. If you have a deep connection and strong experience in Excel reporting and you are motivated for trying something new - the HR Excel Specialist could be your new goal!

As a new Excel Guru at the HR SSC department your tasks will look as follows:

• Support Time Attendance team by HR reporting
• Participation in automation of HR SSC standard processes - time attendance, employee life-cycle
• Implementation of automated processes
• HR data reporting, analyzing and budgeting
• Daily communication with HR SSC and financial departments

Secondary with school-leaving examination

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

• Relevant experience of working with Excel reporting and programming in the area HR or finance
• Advanced level of MS Excel including macros and Visual Basic
• Fluent in the English language
• Experience with process automation is a great advantage
• Knowledge of SAP or SAP SuccessFactors is nice to have
• Good team player
• Positive, friendly and flexible
• Efficiency oriented
