Planning:

• Set up Yearly business plan
• Check Monthly production planning (Avtotor/KMS)

Production:

• Check Dismantling & Packing record
• Manage Urgent cars management
• Check blocked cars, CNTs and Pallets status
• Manage Operational issues
• Check and verify Vanning Plan

Management:

• Analysis Monthly and daily reports (KMS/Avtotor/Carmel)
• Make analysis report monthly basis
• Check and prepare New process and model changes implementation
• Process improvement
• Check IT system and improve
• Contracts and documentation (KMS/CARMEL)

Billing:

• Check invoice (Qty, prices, etc), process and check payment, make invoice for billing
