Job description, responsibilities and duties

Senior Coordinator Corporate and Strategic Relations for External Outreach and Engagement:
- Development of relations with the GLOBSEC community, corporate partners and strategic partners
- Representing GLOBSEC at external meetings, business trips, receptions, fundraising events with the purpose of building new corporate and strategic relations
- Following and reporting on recent developments in the public and private sector
- Drafting of an external outreach and engagement strategy for the organisation
- Maintenance and continuous engagement with the current GLOBSEC network
- Expanding the GLOBSEC network, with a special focus beyond Slovakia
- Identification of relevant stakeholders, including institutions and corporations
- Dissemination of GLOBSEC policy outcomes to relevant stakeholders
- Coordination and execution of business trips
- Collecting input and suggestions from the corporate and strategic partners
- Regular meetings with the Manager of Corporate and Strategic Relations Department on the status of the assigned accounts and partners’ requests
- Face-to-face interaction and attending negotiation meetings with the partners
- Coordinating the operational processes of a number of accounts: portfolio coordination
- Preparation of all of the relevant materials for the external meetings with the partners
- Initiation of personal meetings and activities with the assigned accounts and partners
- Preparing the partnership proposals – in cooperation with Strategic Forums department and GLOBSEC Policy Institute
- Coordinating the operational processes (facilitation of meetings, implementation of one-off events throughout the year…) of a number of assigned accounts
- Fulfilling the administrative tasks connected to the assigned accounts
- Attending internal project team meetings – rotating basis
- Attending project committee meetings – relevant parts

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards from 1400 EUR/month/full-time based on your experience*

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

International Relations, Politics, European Studies, Management, Economics, or other related disciplines

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

2+ years of experience in corporate fundraising/business consulting/business development
Excellent networking skills
Business insight and customer focus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
