Job description, responsibilities and duties
GLOBSEC is looking for Financial Coordinator of operational budget/internal operations who will be responsible for managing budget and cash-flow reports.
Job responsibilities:
MANAGEMENT OF BUDGET AND CASH-FLOW REPORTS
- Participation on creation, planning and regular adjustments of the organization's annual budget and multi-year plan
- Collecting data and maintain an electronic database of all related expenses.
- Responsible for control of organizational costs- correctness and amount
- Planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the organization's expenditures (based on expenses´ databases and personal meetings with heads of departments, creates a spending plan that assists the CFO in financial managing of the organization).
- Analyses and evaluates individual expense groups provide recommendations (controlling)
- Controls the budgets assigned to each department (drawing, planning, reporting and communication towards CFO).
- Regular expenses forecasting and scenarios
- Prepares monthly cash-flow reports
- Prepares monthly spending reports
- Prepares implements and evaluates the tools and benchmarks to raise the effectiveness of expenses
- Participates on the preparation of the Annual financial report
- In cooperation with the financial manager plans the organization's expenses into project budgets.

- Provide support in the application process
- Management of internal processes

CREATION AND UPDATE OF THE INTERNAL DOCUMENTS
- Updates financial documents
- Creates new documents (such as methodologies, rules, etc.) belongs to the agenda.
