Product owner

Hi all,

we are looking for a Product owner role to the existing team for the client in that is one of the largest email companies in the US. The client is committed to leading the market with easy-to-use email encryption. The main project, PO will work on, provides secure email & large file transfer services to a large number of customers. This is a platform that protects data collected and shared via emails, large files, electronic signature and approvals.

We are searching for a new colleague that is able to define the vision of the project. One of the key strengths is clear communication towards the stakeholders across the board (business managers, product managers, development and QA team included). Product owner will be responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog based on client's needs taking into account the product possibilities.

Your responsibilities:
- able to define goals and crete vision for development projects
- communicate with stakeholders accross the board, including business managers, product managers and the development team
- creating product roadmap combined with collaborative features
- managing the product backlog:
• able to create the list of backlog items
• prioritze backlog based on the overall strategy and business objectives
• map out project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development
- prioritize needs, prioritize iterations and tasks based on objectives and needs of stakeholders
- iteration planning - no overestimation, underestimation of the iteration. Iteration planning has to cover each teammember
- SaFe Agile metodology
- able to estimate financial impact on the product per feature
- evaluating product progress

- at least 2 years of experience in Product Owner role
- at least 3 years experience with direct communication to the client via email, skype, any other teleconference tools
- clearly and easily communicate needs to all stakeholders ( business managers, product managers, development and QA team included)
- participate on meetings for other projects and propose ideas to improve those projects
- understand projects across the company and propose solutions to implement existing projects to the main project
- attend meetings related to product owner role
- experience with TFS, Excel, Confluence, Teams
- experience with reporting skills for a group of people
- experience with writing project requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, create tickets
