We are opening position for Front Office Assistant who will be:
- First point of contact for our employees, candidates and guests
- Responsible for access system and creation of badges for newcomers
- Receiving and finding solution for small defects
- Responsible for post office
- Support for back office and all our employees

What we expect from you?

- New front office assistant will be a full support for any kind of request from our employees, ALWAYS ready to help
- Being the first point of contact, you will promote a positive image while interacting with fellow employees and clients
- Precise person with a sense for detail, as you should maintain the front desk in a neat and professional manner at all times
- Reliable person who can effectively manage the time and tasks and be ready to fulfill extra assignments according to the instructions and requirements of your supervisor
- Being in active contact with foreign clients, you should have a strong communication skills even in spoken and written English
- As we are working in a friendly manner, enthusiasm for work and positive energy is required :)
