The Deputy of Data Protection Officer/Auditor should be familiar with the local laws and apply them in company´s business. He/she should be able to analyze processes and relevant data in order to give proposal for optimizing risk. Based on own data analysis he/she should be able to make risk prediction.
Role and Duties
● Conducting regular assessments and audits to ensure GDPR compliance
● Responding to data subjects to inform them about how their personal data is being processed
● Coordinating training for employees on GDPR compliance requirements
● Analyzing risk data and interpreting results to the colleagues/relevant managers if needed
● Regular monitoring of the relevant risk indicators
● Understanding of company business and market and evaluating/predicting potential risks
● Reporting on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) to management of the company
● Utilizing knowledge and educating to raise risk awareness
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
● English proficiency for communication with colleagues of other nationalities
● Experience from banking industry or BIG4 is advantage
● Knowledge & experience with tools for statistics - proficient user of Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, Power BI…,
● Experience from process or product management environment is an advantage
● PSD2 or GDPR implementation experience is an advantage
● Highly organized and able to multi-task
● Self-driven and proactive nature
● Conceptual thinking and reliability
● High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
● Analytical thinking with attention to detail
● Solid time management skills and planning abilities
