Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

We are looking for a problem solver for giving support to our internal support to Ticketing system, MDT servers

  • To work on IT Service Delivery function supporting internal users. This includes but is not exclusive to maintain JIRA ticket system, SharePoint pages, MS Teams administration, Web - Domains management.
  • To automate existing services and manual repetitive tasks;
  • Periodically review processes and suggest improvements to stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback on open issues to involved parties until resolution
  • Monitoring health of ticketing system and other tools using monitoring tools
  • Ensuring that disruption from major incidents is minimized and solutions are implemented on time
  • To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Anglický jazyk - Pokročilý (C1)

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti

  • Fluent English both written and spoken is a must; You will work in an international environment with daily meetings and calls.
  • Experience administrating ticketing systems: Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy,… ( Minimum 1 year experience)
  • Ability to diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environments and to provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be client and quality focused

  • Experience on process definition, process diagrams (non mandatory but valuable for us)
  • Knowledge on PowerShell: scripting or maintenance of existing solutions (non mandatory but valuable for us)
  • Experience delivering middleware to connect different systems (non mandatory but valuable for us)
  • Basic Java scripting experience (non mandatory but valuable for us)
  • Web Domain management (non mandatory but valuable for us)
  • Experience on Windows environment and basic administration (Active directory, software installations, remote desktop assistance) (non mandatory but valuable for us)

  • ITIL certification (nice to have)
  • Any certification for the IT Support experience. i.e: Google IT Support Professional Certificate (nice to have)
WDS / MDT experience & Server management skills (nice to have)
  • Experience dealing with Middleware and APIs (nice to have)
