Job description, responsibilities and duties

For more than 35 years, Global Blue has been connecting tourists and merchants around the world. A few years ago, we focused on concentrating key activities (Operations) of the company in Bratislava and building a great team that is currently a strong support for local affiliates. Operations is a function within the Operations organisation of Global Blue. Operations has the responsibility for Processing, Customer Service, Refund Payments and other back office activities.

The position holder will have the responsibility for support of the administration activities with the main focus on the execution, verification, recording and control of daily activities related to supporting the payment processing or back-office of processing (recovery of rejected transactions).

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

• Fluent knowledge of English (verbal and written)
