Job description, responsibilities and duties
Opportunity to be a member of the new project team FLAT TRAVELLING CABLE MANUFACTURING with mentioned tasks below:
• Care for customer requirements - analyze, solving and clarification of customer requests
• Maintenance of all relevant master data, especially prices, in a reasonable way and a per the guidelines of the company
• Contract review – feasibility study of the client orders or contracts from commercial point of view
• Coordinate with Product Engineering regarding technical specification
• Coordinate delivery schedule with production department
• Monitoring the orders from entry till shipment
• Invoicing
• Monitoring safety stock levels in accordance with the customer agreements
• Finished goods stock optimization, liquidation of phase out products
• Executing the dunning process the customer in case overdue invoices
