Job description, responsibilities and duties
Are you an automotive enthusiast with focus on quality? We are looking for a QUALITY MANAGER for our plant in Zaborske.
⦁ As a manager provides support to his team by coaching activities:
⦁ Manage the development of his team members
⦁ Lead and complete the Performance & Development Summaries, Compensation planning, Performance&Compensation discussions, Mid Year assessment, goals settings of his team
⦁ Have full authority to stop the production in the event of nonconformity and the responsibility for the installation and the withdrawal of the protection measures customer
⦁ Lead the external quality performance of the plant continuous improvement by interacting with other departments within Garrett
⦁ Manage the internal Metrology Laboratory
⦁ Coordinate and supervise (functionally) the Process Quality organization in relation to process improvement and control
⦁ Coordinate and supervise (functionally) the plant Supplier Quality organization in achieving expected results interacting with regional organization
⦁ Support the Escalation process and quick problem resolution
⦁ Is responsible for following the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
⦁ Ensure the correct implementation of standardized work and promote kaizen events
⦁ As Customer Representative ensures that the Voice of Customer is deployed into the organization

⦁ Minimum of 5 years experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector, min 3 years in similar position
⦁ Competency in relevant automotive quality practices and assigned customer’s specific requirements
⦁ Certified Black Belt or Lean Expert preferred
⦁ Strong process and product knowledge
⦁ Coordinate incoming, metrology, process quality and customer
⦁ English fluent, 2nd world language fluent
⦁ MS office
⦁ Strong verbal and written communication skills required
⦁ Strong Leadership ability
