System Engineer

Talented System Engineer with over 3 years of experience in some of the following areas: IT networks, operating systems, databases and VOIP, including high availability setups. In this role you would take charge of the deployment of complex solutions for our customers in the exciting domain of Public Safety, covering standard IT equipment and networks, software applications and specialized communication hardware. Our system engineers work in close contact with our customers, including occasional work on-site within Europe. As such, a strong technical foundation coupled with the desire to grow would make you a strong addition to our team.

Main tasks:
• Collaboration on verification of technical feasibility and co-design of the system architecture
• Collection and analysis of customer specifications
• Software engineering – configurations, system build & support, put the system into operation
• Troubleshooting and fault identification during system integration
• Developing simulations in cooperation with the test department
• Cooperation with the product management regarding development, expansion/improvement of products
• Preparation of technical documentation of the system and its interfaces
