For our site in Bratislava we are looking for:

Scheduler - I&C projects

Your role

Framatome Controls s. r. o. is continuing to develop and grow and will hire a further 20 people at its Bratislava site in 2022.

In your role as Project Scheduler in our Project Competency Center, you will be in charge of the project schedule for our worldwide projects and tenders.

Under supervision of the project manager, your main missions will include the following:

To elaborate with the technical coordinators the planning for the whole project.
To implement and accommodate Corporate schedule policy including Corporate software for scheduling (Primavera or MS project based) in Framatome Controls s. r. o..
To bring planning expertise in order to ensure the entire planning aspects.
To update periodically the Project or tender plan with various stakeholders.
To analyze project and supplier schedules, anticipate deviations, predict the consequences of delays and propose actions to the project manager.
To contribute to project reporting based on planning data.
Compile the workload for the different contributing entities and for S&OP (Sales and operations planning) exercises.
Ensure the integrity of the planning base.
Support Project competence center activities.

Your profile

Experience of at least 2 years in Project environment ideally in schedule management
Experience in Project management or Production management, ideally in nuclear or energy industry is advantage
Strong effective communication skills in English is essential (Other European language would be a plus)
The ability to understand the subjects both globally and in detail.
Ability to anticipate problems and proactivity in proposing and implementing solutions.
Relational ease, adaptability, creativity, pragmatism and rigor.
According the international nature of the project (contributing entities in France, Germany, Russia, Finland,…), national and international travel is possible
