Project Manager - Junior

Your role

In your role as Project Manager - Junior, you will support Framatome Controls s. r. o. and Framatome Worldwide I&C Projects.

Under supervision of the Head of Project Competence Center in Slovakia and in collaboration with Framatome project managers in Germany, France, US and China your duties and responsibilities will include the following:

To implement and develop Slovakia Framatome Project Competence Center (length continuous monitoring of our International I&C projects)
To ensure Planning, Management and Coordination of projects
To establish monthly reporting to follow Controls performances
To introduce monthly communication with customer
To resolve problems, anticipate risks and propose improvement measures
To develop Operational Excellence Program as well as Continuous Improvement Program of Framatome
To ensure KPI at different levels and communicate the outcomes to company management and Project Competence Center of Framatome

The role and the missions will evolve with the current growth and development of Bratislava entity.

Your profile

Master's degree in engineering with an eventual specialization in project planning / management
At least 3 years of professional experience in the area of project management in industrial sectors, preferably Nuclear area
Real, practical, independent experiences with all phases of the Project management (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing)
To have the PMP certificate (Project Management Professional) is an advantage

English speaking mandatory; German or French speaking appreciated

Ability to organize, lead and support
Strong communication skills with different interfaces in intern and extern
Availability for short business trips
