Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

1600 € + variable component

(base salary depends on seniority, experiences and qualification of the candidate)

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing fix-priced projects in various IT areas (software development, SAP, Cloud technology) from inception to closure in an international set up. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

· Leading the project team that is responsible for achieving project objectives

· Applying skills and knowledge on managing project activities

· Performing project management activities and produce required project management documentation

· Participating in defining project charters and consolidating the requirements

· Developing project management plans

· Developing and controlling project schedule

· Directing and managing project work

· Managing project scope, quality and risks

· Measuring and reporting performance of project to both customer and internal management

· Taking part in pre-sales activities and in developing project budgets

· Contributing in continuous improvement of internal project management processes

Required Skills

· Active knowledge of English

· At least 5 years of working experience in general project management - preferably on IT projects

· Solid knowledge of project management best practices and methodology

· PMI certified (CAPM or PMP) is preferred

· Proven leadership skills

· Ability to work with virtual teams
