Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Inbound Sales Representative you will work as part of the marketing team. Your primary role will be following up via phone and email with inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. Your objective is to successfully create, develop, and retain relationships with customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
Role tasks:
- Develop understanding of the market situation, relevancy and value of specific products for our customers.
- Contact inbound enquiries via phone call and provide the required information by resolving their queries.
- Analyze the client's requirement during and after conversation with them to point out the value of our events in helping them achieve their professional goals.
- Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge about the event of their preference during the decision making process.
- Assists and guide customers during registration and do customer care and support if required.
- Keep a track of all the potential customers, their requirements and decision making status.
- Schedule callbacks and follow up with all inbound leads until a final decision is reached.
- Update CRM system with customer information.
- Report to Mkt Managers on the quality and status of inbound leads that are provided.
