Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you want to be part of the Global Business Solution team? Do you enjoy working with clients and help them solve their problems? We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our International Payment Platform solution team.
We work with clients across EMEA region to deliver wholesome payment solutions with innovative products such as Merchant/Terminal onboarding, Internet Payment gateway, Payment terminals, Digital portals, and Business analytics.

Job overview:
You’ll have opportunity to work in high demand and fast growing environment of project delivery in payments area, responsible for initial client touchpoints as part of delivery, setting the scope and assisting the project management team in leading the delivery from content perspective. There will also be some travel time needed in order to meet our client‘s requests.

Responsibilities include:
- Client communication with the aim to solicit and capture business requirements and business drivers
- Maintaining project and client level requirement and solution documentation
- Driving a collaborative approach to solutions for both internal and external stakeholders within technology, business and operational areas to identify the appropriate business solution, identify technology, process and business impacts
- Focusing on client satisfaction by providing solutions and services that drive value
- Support and consultation during the pre-project phases, including HL assessment, solution and estimates
