Job Description
Security Engineer is responsible for protection of confidentiality of sensitive information and maintenance of compliance with corporate standards and procedures. He/she is responsible for development and design of Data Protection services and solutions in line with defined strategy and their deployment into operations. Designs, installs, implements, maintains and troubleshoots data protection security solutions (Data Encryption, DB Access Monitoring, Data Leakage Prevention, etc.). He/she contributes to the definition of strategy for the data protection security controls. Security Engineer is responsible for setup of data protection processes and coordinates with other team members the data protection solutions lifecycle tasks, evaluates effectiveness of the service and implements improvements as needed. Provides technical consultation on the use and integration of security applications into the operating environment. Also, is responsible for day to day tasks necessary to support defined processes (event management, incident management, change management, configuration management, etc.). Performs additional job duties related to security controls and processes as required. Leads complex projects and works independently supporting Sr. Management.

Job Responsibilities
A Subject Matter Expert responsible for confidentiality of client information and compliance with department standards and procedures. Designs, installs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots complex operating systems software and related program products. Provides technical consulting on the use and integration of applications into the operating environment. Performs additional job duties as required.
