THE ROLE
Do you want to be part of a Global Agile team? Do you enjoy working with scrum teams and thrive to be the best. We are looking for another team member into our EMEA Agile Comunity of Practice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Guiding the team and organisation on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self-organisation.
• Guiding the team on self-organising to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organisation and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organisation.
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.


OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
Stage 1 – If you meet the job requirements, you can expect a short 10-20 minutes screening call with our recruiter.

Stage 2 – Interview with the hiring manager. Circa 60 minutes.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills/Experience:
• Hands on experience with leading Scrum teams for at least 1 year
• Experience of having managed multiple agile teams in a scaled agile environment
• Exposure/knowledge to one of scaled agile methodologies (SaFe, Nexus, LESS etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Preferred skills:
• Certification as a scrum master
• Certification in SAFe or other frameworks would be an additional advantage
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FD
• Experience with work in hybrid environment (Waterfall/Agile).
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills
