Job description, responsibilities and duties
Do you want to be part of the Global Agile team? Do you enjoy working with scrum teams and thrive to be the best? We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our International Payment Platform team.
We work agile to develop multiple payment products such as Merchant/Terminal onboarding, Internet Payment gateways, Payment terminals software, Digital portals, Business analytics, and Mobile device as a Reporting/Payment solution.
Respective responsibilities:
• Provide application administration support for digital portals application
• Incident resolution support (troubleshoot, fix), incident management within defined SLAs, search for solutions of issues in cooperation with various teams
• Implementation of changes to all supported environments
• Participation on migration projects for a new client onboarding
• Capacity and performance management for applications
• Maintaining operational procedures and documentation
• Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity management for application
Tech Stack:
• Java 11 as it‘s the latest Java version with Long Term Support
• SpringBoot 2 (Spring 5) for our microservices
• Jenkins and Rundeck to deploy
• Apigee for exposing APIs to the outside world
• RESTful and GrapqQL APIs
• Oracle database
• AppDynamics & Splunk for server monitoring. We have also SpringBoot Admin in place
for OPS and developer
• Confluence and JIRA for collaboration
Hand on experience with:
• SQL language
• Unix/Linux commands
• Writing unit tests and understanding component and integration testing
• Builduing automation tools like Maven or Gradle
• HTTP communication
• Code versioning
Nice to understand:
• Java 8 or higher

We work with a global reach, supporting our clients across EMEA, LATAM and APAC. You'll work closely with the development team on the incident resolution, housekeeping and active collaborating on new projects/client migrations.
