Hand on experience with:
• Managing people, hiring processes, performance reviews and compensations
• Managing IT functions and business units
• Business operations, policies and best practices
• Guidance, planning and direction for business unit(s), maintaining budgets and
allocating
resources and time for the business units and functions supported
• Related technical and business environment for at least 4 years
• One or more system(s), function(s) or business unit(s) support
• Incident resolution support (troubleshoot and incident remedy), incident management
• Payment platform industry
• Execution of the specific strategic functions and implementation of high-end, business
wide strategies
• Migration projects for a new client on-boarding
Desired skills:
• Leadership for the team and direct reports
• Communication skills are essential as well as strong stakeholder management skills
• Conflict management skills and ability to withstand the pressure
• Able to organize, manage and priorities own workload and also juniors to ensure the
expectations are met
• Good interpersonal skills

Our EMEA ATM operation team that you’ll be managing is part of strategic delivery, covering day to day operations of ATM configuration including 24/7 on-call support, incident resolution in production, project deliverables including project and testing related environments, client requests and supporting new business demand.
Our team in Bratislava consists of various highly skilled professionals including product owners, solution architects, tech leads, SDET being part of wider team across EMEA.
We work with interesting technologies and partners such as testing robots, cloud-based solutions, developer portal, micro services, big data, Kubernetes or AI.
