Consults with users to assist in determining hardware, software, or system specifications.
Modifies systems and/or programs based on user and system specifications. Assists in designing, developing, testing and implementing technical solutions for business applications.
Evaluates and integrates new hardware configurations and provides support of client technologies on workstations, servers and peripherals.
Responds to work requests regarding installation, configuration and/or maintenance of client software and the deployment of new technology releases, patches and virus remediation, performing new PC installations, troubleshooting, and software repair.

4+ yrs of related IT experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Has moderate knowledge in functions they support. General understanding of business issues. Strong knowledge of IT Systems Management and
Customer Support Function.
