Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an independent, skilled and highly motivated Finance Business Partner ("FBP") in one of the fastest-growing fashion e-commerce platform in CSEE - FactCool.
FBP will help the business with decision making through data analysis, financial controlling, and business insight. In addition, this position is part of FactCool's management team with whom he/she will cooperate on daily basis. Moreover, very important part of the job is preparation and responsibility for management reporting directly to the main investor and direct collaboration with the wider Group investment team.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, monitoring, and reporting of overall business performance, monthly P&L reporting, financial forecasting, budgeting and planning,
• Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling. Present recommendations to company's management, as well as main investor's Group investment team, on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives,
• Facilitate financial review meetings with business groups and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management,
• Closely monitor, evaluate, and question the CAPEX & OPEX requirements and continuously benchmark cost productivity for the business,
• Review of accounting records, cash-flow management and accuracy of financial data (e.g. revenue assurance),
• Execute and drive KPI metrics for business and operation performance,
• Processing of company data to extrapolate key information necessary for better management and future development of the business,
• Regular communication with various stakeholders (management, business partners, accountants, auditors, banks, shareholders, etc.),
• Active participation in internal process improvements and implementation of these improvements.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with holistic financial thinking and ability to interpret financial data (SK GAAP).
• Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of autonomy but leveraging on and working closely with all relevant stakeholders in practice areas to deliver on clearly attributed goals and objectives is key.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and experience with data visualizations (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise fashion to company's management and main investor's Group investment team.
• Positive “can do” attitude with “out of the box” thinking.
• Fluent English is a must.
