Paralegal /Exponea Prague

We are Exponea, an internationally renowned customer data platform – a tool for in-depth analysis and marketing automation for businesses. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.

We are looking for a motivated team member with excellent problem-solving skills who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. We are willing to train and would like to hire a new colleague who is interested in learning about venture capital, start – ups and business development.

You will join a team of talented lawyers striving to create value in various technology projects and helping them in their rapid growth worldwide. This means working on a variety of legal matters, including M&A, corporate structuring, employment matters and commercial contracts, but also continuous development of skills and knowledge and innovative ways of cooperation and delivering value to technology projects or other departments.

What we expect of you:
- Experience with or interest in commercial law, corporate law, M&A, employment law, IP/IT law.
- Currently in a legal field of study,
- Previous working experience as law assistant is welcome but not necessary,
- Proficiency in English and Slovak/Czech language,
- Willingness to spend at least 16h/week at the office.

Your responsibilities:

- Assisting in financing, structuring, labour and commercial matters;
- Drafting basic legal documentation;
- Providing day-to-day corporate services;
