Office Operations Coordinator

We are Exponea. We give B2C marketers a robust tool to speed up optimisation and omnichannel communication. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.

Main goals of this role:
1) Optimize the work environment, ensuring fast resolution for employee requests.
2) Ensure a fast onboarding process, making sure all employees are well-equipped to carry out their tasks.
3) Execute various operational projects, (e.g. vendor selection, streamlining processes, reporting, etc.)

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Keep the day-to-day of the Bratislava, Warsaw, Berlin and New York offices running smoothly.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees, support their business travel, and resolve employee queries.
- Maintain local office legal compliance, including health & safety compliance.
- Maintain office administration and databases, handle office supplies and correspondence.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Help streamline processes in office operations to maximize effectiveness.
- Coordinate vendor procurement and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
- Set up and support company-wide meetings.

What we’ll consider an asset:

- Experience in consulting, operations and/or legal background
- A degree in Economics/Business Administration/Mathematics/ Operations Research
