- Networking, basic knowledge of router configuration, switches, wifi access points
- Solid experience with the latest MS Windows (server and user) versions
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic SAP
- Ability to analyze and solve incidents (server, applications, LAN, WAN, Active Directory)
- Familiarity with IT security and data protection
- Fluent English
- Effective communication skills
