Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Health&Medical Solutions Business Unit is currently looking for CRM and Sales Analysis Coordinator.

S/he will be responsible for the ensuring the development, continuous improvement and implementation of new and existing sales information systems and support tools to improve efficiency internally and externally.
S/he will also be responsible for securing a timely and effective delivery of sales and customer data analysis and recommendations for more complex activities and enquiries.

Main responsibilities
- Co-development of CRM tools with international team and internal IT
- Develop and provide value add analyses based on the sales software
- Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team's activities.
- Prepare specific analyses based on the sales software.
- Provide analysis of sales and customer data and propose recommendations.
- Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries and/or other activities; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
- Monitor, analyze and follow up KPI development and set targets within CRM
- Maintain CRM tools, sales support software and reporting tools and support their improvement
- Prepare and execute training programs for the sales team, unit or department or country to ensure effective working routines to create sales success.
- Support CIP (Continuous improvement process) actions in the country according to customers categorization and segmentation and ensure processes are in place

Legal monthly minimum gross base pay starting from 1 550 € (minimum)+ other components of salary.

The position will be based in Bratislava or Prague.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Qualifications requirements

- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and strategies
- Previous practical experience of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM systems from a user‐interface perspective and management and development of CRM data
- High standard of IT/office systems skills and knowledge
- Strong analytical skills coupled with project management and planning skills.
- Effective change facilitator
- Results‐driven, comfortable and experienced at working operationally
- Communicational skills, ability to understand requirements and explain technical issues
- Strong relationship management ability to communicate, influence and collaborate
