ECommerce Manager (senior role with global scope)

We are building and gradually rolling out our new eStore solution for our global offices and partners. At the end of 2021 approx. 70% of ESET global online revenue will be coming via tool this position is directly responsible (approximately 65Mils per year) for. Ratio will have increasing trend with aim to cover 100% of ESET online revenue within 2-3 years. Accept the challenge and join the team.

We seek skilled personal and technical leader taking product ownership over managing wide range of Global eStore's (GeS) features and new requirements to enable future development of ecommerce in ESET worldwide. The team includes 10+ ecommerce business, technical and support specialists including nested team leader.

You should see requirements from a bigger perspective and can challenge/manage requirements coming from different teams and countries with capabilities and desired evolution of GeS. Position requires to have very wide overview of systems, business, and technical requirements. It means to have an analytical thinking but also be flexible in responding to changes. Planning and setting strategy of eCommerce solution is important part of the job.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead subject-matter-experts responsible for analysis, implementation, running and support of eStore project worldwide
  • Lead technical support specialist to make in-depth troubleshooting and advanced estore configurations and settings
  • Lead specialists to provide support, training and consultancy for ESET regional offices
  • Be accountable for business impact of Global eStore over all assigned countries
  • Manage for strategy, plan of implementation and technical and business support for the global eCommerce solution
  • Manage and prioritize requirements, expectations and deliverables raised by other teams or countries
  • Act as “product-owner” of global eStore and payment provider towards external eCommerce system supplier, internal HQ stakeholders and worldwide ESET offices and partners
  • Aid with proper feature adoption, coordinate implementation of complex eStore functionalities,
  • Coordinate communication of all internal and external counterparts
  • Validate relevancy of business requirements from local markets for further development and implementation on global scale
  • Increase online sales by improving user interface in cooperation with other teams
  • Provide help for global online campaigns management throughout all channels
  • External communication with vendors (technical and financial manner) and global ESET subsidiaries of partners
  • Report and present achieved targets and goals to higher management
  • Presentation on ESET events such as ESET World Conference, ESET EMEA conference etc.
