ESET looks for a professional to improve global processes in Sales and Marketing Division and define requirements for new generation of business systems. The main goal of the position is to document processes across the organization. The Business Process Analyst will propose process improvements and help define requirements for sales tools and systems to be utilized by team in planning and achieving objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Document processes (ranging from sales, marketing to tech support and back office processes) using MS applications and assist in roll out to teams
- Investigate and incorporate business process best practices to maximize profitability and effectiveness
- Identify and implement best practices and operational efficiency in tools & systems
