- Preparation of budgets and forecasts by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.
- Performing month end close activities.
- Analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Providing status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
- Preparation of reports for management/the Group
- Financial modelling and analysis.
- Monitoring and optimization of costs.
- Business partnering with operational teams: Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, HR, IT,R&D - regularly reviewing results to look for cost reduction opportunities.
- Establishing, monitoring, enforcing and improving policies and procedures. Recognizing opportunities for improvements.
- Providing support to other departments in the company/ the Group.
