Job description:
As a member of ESET product management team, you will get a chance to shape the future of ESET products for Enterprises, that are used by some of the most famous corporations in the world (airlines, banks, car manufacturers and others). You will do it by cooperating with other leading experts in their respective fields, with other product managers, interaction designers, engineers and marketing communication stakeholders on building ESET solutions and services for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for managing strategic, operative and technical product life-cycle activities for one or several security products or services.
You will be conducting ongoing market and customer research - by talking to interesting people, in charge of enterprise security, to gather and understand their specific problems and needs. Your focus will be put into transferring gathered market expertize related to enterprise security into business and product requirements with one goal that you should keep in mind all the time - to assure success of the product on the market. You will be responsible for preparation of product life-cycle-related deliverables intended for internal technology, sales and marketing stakeholders to help them understand core values and benefits of the product or features under your responsibility. Additionally, you will perform regular evaluation of product success on the market to define specific product and feature improvements.
