Enterprise Business Development Lead EMEA

We are looking for a new colleague, who will be responsible to lead and coordinate sales projects and activities to increase our sales in the Enterprise segment. Enterprise Business Development Lead shall work and assist in the long term generation of new enterprise business in EMEA, which includes strategy setup, opportunities identification, negotiation, cooperation with regional offices. If you like to work on strategic projects, like to build strong relations with business partners and enjoy negotiations, this position might be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Active cooperation and know-how sharing with Global Enterprise Business lead on all activities related to business development and sales activities
  • Identification of business opportunities and growth strategy for enterprise segment in EMEA region
  • Building positive and strong relations with prospective as well as contracted partners
  • Take responsibility for processes connected to lead generation, sales and customer life-cycle management
  • Perform presentations and negotiate agreements with partners and Enterprise customers
  • Review contracts
  • Close cooperation with ESET regional offices and partner teams
  • Prepare plan and take responsibility for cost in Enterprise segment
  • Prepare and implement programs, plans and activities to maximize ESET sales in Enterprise segment in line with company strategy
  • Execute projects focused on maximizing direct and indirect sales in Enterprise segment
  • Coordinate process of market mapping and client’s requirements collection for new versions of products and services
  • Coordinate preparation of sales enablement materials and tools aimed for partners approaching Enterprise segment
  • Perform direct sales activities focused on customers from Enterprise segment
  • Cooperate on definition of strategy for Enterprise segment nd take responsibility for its implementation
  • Support offices and partners during deployment of Enterprise segment strategy in their regions
  • Define and monitor KPIs for all implemented programs and plans, evaluate and report results and suggest new ways how to achieve maximum sales in Enterprise segment from EMEA region
