Project Manager

ESET Global Product Management team is looking for a highly-motivated Project Manager with a proven track record to come help us manage business and technology related projects. Specifically, we are focused on agile product development for Consumer, SMB and Enterprise segments.

You must have a strong desire, passion, and ability to understand customer needs and a willingness to drive projects towards expected goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of complex product development projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Manages achievement of the project objectives and milestones within quality, time and budget targets
• Participates on the project plan creation to determine timeframe, budget limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project
• Assures proper human resources allocation to various phases of the project
• Defines project related work-packages for each participating team
• Provides project management framework to all project teams and regularly maintains a relationship with other contributors to the project
• Participates on the negotiation of minor changes to project scope or specification with the project owner
• Contributes to setting of the project evaluation parameters
• Communicates with the project owner and team-leaders at an operational level
• Regularly reports an overall project progress and escalates risks to senior management and/or the project owner
• Continuously improves the project management framework
• May manage relationships with external suppliers
