Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Communication, cooperation and working closely with vendors and Erste Group Procurement
• Prepare relevant documents, reports and materials for RFI´s and for negotiations with suppliers
• Responsible for material and service purchases following our policies and optimize price and delivery terms
• Coordinate tasks execution in Vendor management area
• Participate in Vendor management projects, support, testing and actively contribute to new internal vendor management processes and tools improvements, automatization of Vendor management processes
• Collecting and processing of Division demand into SAP MM and communication with requestors and division planners
• Checking of the Compliance rules adherence
• Vendor management administration and reporting, processing of Purchase requisitions and Purchase orders in SAP MM, creation of Goods Receipt in SAP
• Controlling and reviewing of existing supplier contracts, communication and cooperation with Contract Management
