Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a stable candidate for daily accounting and controlling operations in a dynamic team of Finance and Controlling Department in ERSTE Group IT Int.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Maintenance of financial masterdata – creation of new cost items
• Invoice workflow monitoring and maintenance
• Tracing of actual postings and re-postings on request (primary, secondary)
• Accounts payables monitoring and reporting
• Vendor invoices controls and clarification
• Daily work with SAP/CO/FI
• Communication with divisional planners
• Various daily operational work
• Occasional trips to Vienna
