Digital Advisory People and Culture is providing national and international IT project and operational delivery in the fields of Human Capital Management as well as Finance and Accounting mainly with the product portfolio of SAP.

- Foster agile mindset, facilitate and participate in relevant SCRUM ceremonies
- Create a safe space that supports collaboration, knowledge sharing and a healthy feedback culture
- Identify obstacles and actively work towards eliminating them
- Be curious, with open-mind, ready to motivate the team and invite them for experimentation in the search of what practices fit the best for them
You check these boxes:
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a scrum master in software development teams with a certification
- Competences with various Agile methods, frameworks and tools, proficient with JIRA
- Knowledge of best practices that help the team to reach a sprint goal (like retrospective action items, burn-down or burn-up charts)
- Fluent English speaker
