Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
GBS Procurement Analyst will be responsible for:
- manage input and routine updates of Procurement master data and other procurement defined back-office data (e.g. Supplier and Items registration) into SAP
- responsible for performing daily activities oriented to service level achievement
- ensure the preservation of the Procurement master data and other procurement defined back-office data by maintenance, archiving and data cleaning
- delivering results according to the SLAs and other goals defined by GBS leadership
- ensure compliance with master data internal policies
- responsible for executing processes efficiently, on time and with quality
- responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities
- clarify data management questions in order to ensure the idealization of projects within expected quality and timing standards
Challenges:
Understand local aspects and specifies of Procurement master data processes for different countries (Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA).
Make sure Procurement master data processes are being performed according to desired service levels and quality.
Understand and respect different cultures (from Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Slovakia and USA) developing a good relationship and cooperative environment.
