Job description, responsibilities and duties

The primary responsibility of the Governance Analyst is to provide routine monitoring of business processes in GBS and report them, with regard to corporate rules and policies. Work is not closely supervised and is governed by standardized work routines. The Governance Analyst participates in activities required to have an overview about activities in all GBS teams and use them in daily job.

In this sense, the person is responsible for supporting the GBS team to deliver:
- Perform GBS’s processes performance reports on global and regional level
- Support GBS teams with preparation of business presentations, customer committees
- Close cooperation with reporting & IT teams and with GBS team managers to collect data & information for reports & presentations
- Create, review and maintain the definitions and targets for KPI/SLA & RSLA related to the GBS model
- Monitor, analyse and prepare actions for GBS teams utilization and performance
- Cover Audit and SOX controls area with close cooperation with supervisor
- Identify and implement opportunities of continuous process improvement on the performed activities
- Any other activities related to daily operation and also as per need of supervisor.
