GBS HR Analyst for Global Recruitment

GBS HR Analyst will execute global recruitment processes and deliver services and results to the business units (internal clients).

GBS HR Analyst will be responsible for:
- Execute processes regarding global recruitment needs efficiently, on-time and with expected quality mainly in areas of R&D, IT, Finance, HR positions of Analyst, Specialist and Leader´s levels.
- Close cooperation with hiring managers to conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Coordinate recruitment internal & external communication channels to enhance company´s brand, mostly via social media.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Maintain up-to- date the process documentation and procedures, as well as controls documentation
- Identify and implement opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities

Challenges
