Job description, responsibilities and duties

GBS Finance Analyst - Order to Cash will execute finance processes and deliver services and results to the business units (internal clients).

GBS Finance Analyst - Order to Cash will be responsible for activities primarily including Process of Manage Credit and Process of Manage Receivables as stated:
- Preparation and maintenance of credit assessments;
- Order processing;
- Evaluation of trade partner, their credit limits, payment terms and methods; master data management;
- Monitoring trade partner payments and past due amounts; ageing
- Collection of due and past due amounts and cash allocation;
- Insolvency procedures;
- Accuracy of accruals calculation and posting, Compliancy with anti-money laundry laws and rules;
- Participate on closing activities in responsible area;
- Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the teams overall objectives;
- Actively participate on process standardization and harmonization accross responsible areas; Transfer knowledge;
- Proactively identify problem areas in the process and work with the team to generate solutions;
- Compliance with SOX requirement, support internal and external audit, support ad hoc requests and projects as required

• University education with focus on finance / accounting / economics or equivalent coupled with accounting designation
• Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience - fresh graduates accepted
• Working experience from international company / SSC – nice to have

• Ability to learn new subjects related to finance processes operation
• Focus in delivering results, processes and customer satisfaction
• Adequate relationship with internal clients and different levels of the company
• Fluent in English – as a must
