Global Sourcing Manager

- Initiate and lead global sourcing / purchasing activities for electromechanical items in utilizing Delta group advantage
- Establish local, regional and global agreements
- Benchmarking / Supply Market Intelligence, continuously search for new suppliers and supply markets
- Participate in the development - process of new products, secure cost based engineering
- Cost reduction and supplier development programs
- Develop the procurement strategy for each category for which it has responsibility
- Build up a supplier base to support Eltek strategy (preferred suppliers)
- Contracting according to the delegation of authority
- Decide on supplier selection
- Decide volume allocation to suppliers
