Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our international client, we are looking for an experienced permanent CFO to lead the company through the current turbulent area.
Expectations:
- set up a new financial governance system (reporting, controlling, forecasting, and budgeting)
- lead refinancing negotiations with banks and financial institutions, support the bond issue
- support and coordinate acquisitions in the CEE region
- optimise the in-house processes in the finance area (month-end closing, consolidation, reporting)
- implement new ERP system (2021)
- work in closed collaboration with the external consultants (auditors, tax advisors, legal advisors etc)
