Job description, responsibilities and duties
Are you looking for a new opportunity to grow E-business of the company by yourself? We are looking for an experienced and outgoing E-commerce manager, who would like to bring his/hers "know-how" to a new project!
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Strategic planning, execution, improvement and implementation of E-Business activities within the organization.
• Develop the sales channel E-Business in close cooperation with marketing, sales force, customer management, product management and IT
• Market E-Business solutions such as Online-Shop, App, E-Procurement and other eServices
• Integration of E-Business in the sales organisation by training and supporting the sales force
• Coordination of internal and external service providers, e.g. agencies in SEM and E-Mail marketing
• Responsibility for and preparation of budget plans
• Regular monitoring, reporting and evaluation of E-Business activities and results directly to the Top Management
• Team Lead for E-Business & Digital Marketing team. Further expansion of the existing team is already planned for the future
• Responsibility for the company website and extension of current content such as E-Services, landingpages and customer individual content
• Market and competition observation and recognition of trends and B2B costumer requirements
• International activities – participation on E-Business conferences - direct communication with other E-Business colleagues from the group
• Presentation of E-Business results, plans and activities on Internal or International meetings

• Willingness to establish new processes and digital strategies in a multichannel business environment.
• Fluent in English – B2/C1
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with SEO, SEA, Google Analytics and E-Procurement.
