The new colleague will be:
- Support of GM in his daily acitivities (management of the meetings, update of calendar, support in translation in daily acitivities, flight tickets, bussiness trips management, daily administration)
- Support of GM`s direct report (flight tickets, bussiness trips management, daily administration)
- Communication with 3rd parties (authorities, suppliers, clients)
- Preparation of documents and materials to 3rd parties (authorities, suppliers, clients)
- Preparation of presentations for GM and management of the company
- Coordination and management of internal events in cooperation with other department (meetings, events)
- Randomly support of HR deparment
- Intranet actualisation
- Reporting based on request
- Coordination of GDPR administration
- Substition of Receptionist
