- controlling, reporting and administration tasks of the BU
- KPI’s controlling and analysis
- revenue and cost financial figures controlling and analysis
- monitoring and analysis of balance sheet
- cooperation on monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities
- cooperation on monthly/quarterly/year-end reporting activities
- ensure continuous improvement of controlling processes and reporting processes and systems
- cooperation on preparation of budget and forecasts and deviation analysis and monitoring
- preparation of financial ad-hoc reports for management
- evaluation of data consistence getting from different sources (systems)
- ensure revenue and cost recognition policies are met
