Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a fun and creative digital marketing specialist who possesses a strong organizational skills and is detail-oriented. If you are self-motivated, passionate, flexible and confident person with a professional and welcoming attitude, we would like to hear from you.
You will be responsible for all marketing process of a global events organizer for the Finance, IT, Health Care and Chemicals industries.
Your responsibilities include:
Creating and updating social media content on a daily basis (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Analyzing social media data (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and creating monthly/quarterly reports
Responsible for comment moderation, consumer interaction, and diffusing any online issues on our online community.
Creating social media and marketing strategies for upcoming events in order to engage our audience.
Creating new content and graphics regarding our events (written and video interviews, event updates, blog posts etc.)
Managing and executing email marketing campaigns (newsletters, call-to-action follow ups etc.)
Analyzing, tracking and reporting on current email campaigns in order to guide improvements
Creating analytical weekly reporting using Google Analytics
Brainstorm and help implement creative strategies for increasing customer engagement based on data findings.
Qualifications you must have:
Fluent in English (and Slovak)
Strong knowledge of website content management (WordPress) and social media community management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook). Email service experience a plus.
Strong knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
Experience with graphic design is a plus
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Able to multi-task and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment like the event industry
Proficiency in digital technology & marketing, social media, and KPI measurement tools
