Shift Leader

We are looking for an experienced Shift Leader to our sushi production plant who oversees the operations within the production area and manage workers during scheduled shifts.
Shift Leader responsibilities include supervising employees, assigning duties, and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.

Responsibilities
• Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts and assign duties
• Track employee attendance as per the schedule and review data in attendance system
• Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences
• Train and coach new employees
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to facility management
• Control quality of the product
• Ensure health and safety standards and hygiene rules are followed inside the production area
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI meets the requirements
• Report the outcome of each shift
• Resolve conflicts between workers
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment
• Cooperate with station leaders

3 shifts are rotating on weekly basis (early morning shift, late morning shift, night shift)
